This Privacy Policy explains how RepCoach ("RepCoach", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the RepCoach mobile application (the "App"). RepCoach is designed to work offline-first: there is no account, no sign-up, and no login required to use the App.
RepCoach does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or location.
The following data is stored locally in the App's on-device database and is never transmitted to RepCoach's servers or any third party:
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data from your device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it on your behalf.
To operate reliably and support subscriptions, the App uses the following third-party services. Each processes a limited set of information as described below.

| Remote Config | Fetches app configuration values (such as feature flags and minimum supported version) based on app version and platform. Does not identify you personally. |
| Cloud Firestore | Used only for the optional coupon-code feature. If you redeem a coupon, a randomly generated anonymous device identifier and the redemption timestamp are stored so the code cannot be reused beyond its intended limit. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information. |
If you start a free trial or purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes your purchase and entitlement status on our behalf, based on receipt data provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RepCoach does not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
RepCoach does not use your microphone. The App does not request microphone access at runtime, and no audio is recorded, processed, or transmitted, by RepCoach or any third party.
On iOS, the App's installation bundle still includes a microphone-usage permission string. This is required by Apple because a bundled third-party audio library contains microphone-related code paths, even though RepCoach never invokes them. You will not be prompted for microphone access while using the App.
Workout reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder content or schedule is sent to our servers.
RepCoach does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs or ad-tracking identifiers.
We do not sell your information. We share limited information only with the service providers listed in Section 3, solely to operate the features described above, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services.
Our service providers (Google Firebase, RevenueCat) may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in these locations in accordance with each provider's own privacy practices.
RepCoach is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us in a way not intended by this Policy, please contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
